We are actively operating Skill Development Centers (SDCs) in four key districts of Rajasthan, dedicated exclusively to healthcare training:
- Kota
- Baran
- Bundi
- Jhalawar
Each center is equipped with modern infrastructure and qualified trainers to ensure high-quality, practical, and industry-aligned training.


Healthcare Courses Offered
We offer a range of specialized healthcare courses designed to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in hospitals, clinics, and home care services. The courses include:
- General Duty Assistant (GDA)
- Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Operation Theatre Technician (OTT)
- Diabetes Educator
- Midwifery Assistant
- Bedside Assistant
These programs focus on developing both technical competencies and soft skills, ensuring trainees are ready for immediate deployment in healthcare settings.
Training-Linked Healthcare Infrastructure
To enhance practical learning and create a seamless pathway from training to employment, we operate our own multi-speciality hospitals, serving as real-time training grounds:
- Opera City Hospital, Baran
- Opera Hospital, Kota
These hospitals not only support training and internships but also offer employment opportunities to our successful trainees, thus completing the skill-to-job cycle.


Nursing Education Excellence
Furthering our commitment to healthcare education, we also run a Nursing College in Baran, where we prepare the next generation of skilled and compassionate nursing professionals. Our curriculum aligns with both academic standards and practical hospital requirements, producing industry-ready nursing staff.

Mobilization Strategy
To ensure inclusive participation and reach the most underserved segments of society, we have a dedicated Mobilization Team that works consistently at the grassroots level. Our mobilization strategy focuses primarily on rural outreach, with a special emphasis on identifying and supporting dropout girls who have discontinued their education due to financial or social challenges.


Key Mobilization Activities:
Village-to-Village Outreach:
Our mobilization team visits remote and interior villages, conducting door-to-door awareness and engaging with local leaders such as Sarpanch to gather data on eligible dropout girls.
Community Awareness Camps:
Regular awareness camps are organized in villages to inform families and community members about the benefits of skill training and the employment opportunities available through our programs.
Collaboration with Local Bodies:
We actively collaborate with:
- NULM (National Urban Livelihoods Mission)
- Anganwadi Workers
- RAJVIK (Rajasthan Grameen Ajeevika Vikas Parishad)
These organizations provide valuable data and referrals, helping us identify girls who have left formal education due to financial or personal hardships.
Annual Skill Awareness Campaign:
Each year, we organize a large-scale Skill Awareness Campaign to highlight the importance of vocational education and its role in building a sustainable livelihood, especially for young women in rural areas.
Our Focus
Our mobilization efforts are centered on ensuring that no girl is left behind due to lack of access or awareness. By providing residential training, a secure environment, and career pathways, we empower these young women to break the cycle of poverty and build a dignified future through skill development.


Healthcare Training and Placement-
On-the-Job Training (OJT) Plan :
As part of our comprehensive skill development approach, we provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) for our trainees in collaboration with Government Hospitals. This practical training phase is a vital component of our program, offering trainees real-time exposure to hospital operations and patient care practices.
Key Objectives of OJT:
- Familiarize trainees with the actual hospital environment
- Enhance hands-on experience in clinical and non-clinical settings
- Develop critical skills in patient care, communication, and teamwork
- Build confidence and competence in dealing with real-world healthcare scenarios
- Foster a professional attitude and prepare trainees for full-time employment
By engaging with real patients and healthcare professionals during OJT, trainees bridge the gap between classroom learning and workplace expectations, becoming job-ready healthcare professionals.
